Exercise2: Establish and showcase concept As a group, based on your discussion of the questions about your school, choose three possible theme ideas. Work with your group to select the best idea and justify it in the spaces on this page.

Then begin developing your theme/concept using the information on this page as a starting point. With your group, present your theme idea to the class and explain the reasons to choose your group’s theme over all the other ideas. After all groups have presented, as a class, debate and discuss the ideas and determine which one best represents your school this year. Use those ideas to develop the theme for your book.
