Unflow Portrait Groups

Overview

Sometimes it’s necessary to unflow portraits to add a new student or to correct names. If a portrait group is featured on more than one page, you will need to unflow all portraits within that group.

Unflowing Portraits

1. Access the specific page that you have the portraits flown on.

2. On the portrait panel, go to the gear icon (tools) by click on your portraits

3. Select Unflow Group.

4. The portraits are unflown now and the portrait frames become blank.

Reflowing Portraits

Reflowing is completed when changes have been made and you have already unflown portraits. You’ll need to send the portraits back after the changes have been completed.

1. Select what page you want the portraits to be flown again on.

2. Either drag & drop the portrait group back onto the page or click on Reflow under the tool’s icon on your page builder page.

3. Portraits have now been reflown
