"I lost 5st 4lb – the weight of my twin boys!
The simplicity of the LighterLife Programme took the stress away from having to make all those daily decisions around food. Mealtimes with the family was made so much easier for me. All the support from my Mentor, weekly calls, Facebook groups and WhatsApp group is immense.

The community is like a family, and I intend to stay a part of this family for the rest of my life. Since losing weight, I have been able to shop for different styles of clothes, I have colour back in my life. I can paint my toenails without having to hold my breath to get there. I am so proud of what I have achieved, and I have so much to shout about in terms of my weight-loss journey and how LighterLife has changed my life."

In January 2021, I decided I needed to make a change to my health and lifestyle and no more yo-yo dieting. I wanted my twins to be proud of their mum but more importantly, I wanted to make sure I would be there for them in the future. I had the perfect first goal which was to lose a considerable amount of weight for a special cousin’s wedding in July 2021.
Judy, my LighterLife Mentor, has been the best support for me throughout and the weekly Mindfulness sessions have also played a key part in helping me to understand my relationships with food."
I have done hundreds of diets over the years, lost a little weight, and equally lost focus and given up. By taking the steps to put myself first and show myself a little bit of love, I have achieved personal victory over the one thing that for many years ruled my life, and ultimately in my head made me feel like a failure and affected my confidence.
The Programme is simple to follow, and the support is amazing. Since losing weight my wardrobe is now a fabulous one and I’m making more daring purchases, which I would never have done before."

I’ve tried to lose weight many times. I was a member of a gym right next door to Greggs bakery. Over two years I never went to the gym, not one single time, Greggs however was a different story! I love my weekly group sessions…I needed some external motivation and I found that with my Mentor, Debbie. She’s brilliant and has really helped me to stay motivated. It’s the easiest diet in my opinion. I’ve found that when it comes to food, having a routine works really well for me and I’m building that into my Management plan. Since losing weight, I can do…everything. Most importantly for me is my mobility. I was struggling to walk anywhere, my knees hurt, and everything was much harder, probably because I was carrying another person with me everywhere I went."

I weighed over 26 stone before I started the LighterLife TotalFast plan and I’ve lost 11 stone. I chose LighterLife because of the support, no calorie-counting and the CBT Mindfulness approach. The main thing that kept me going was losing 8lb in my first week. It’s so much easier to shop for clothes, being able to wear designer brands again. My Mentor, Sharon, is great and really knows her stuff. I’m now much more aware of the unhelpful things I was eating and my portion sizes. The weekly group meetings are a great tool to meet people who are also on the same journey, sharing experiences and advice."
