The importance of Groups
I needed some external motivation and I found that with my Mentor, Debbie. She’s brilliant and has really helped keep me motivated and I love our Monday group sessions, they’re supportive and great fun. I’ve found that when it comes to food, having a routine works well for me and the maintenance plan has helped me put a good routine in place for myself.
