ur Team Members genuinely are the heart of LMH. Last year we saw the world completely transform. Not only did the needs of our military families change, so too did those of our offices and teams. I would like to personally thank you for your dedication, your commitment, and for embracing the call to serve our families while supporting
each other. Your daily efforts and professionalism ensure we emerge from this long season of change stronger and more resilient. As a Team Member of LMH, you bring purpose to our communities every day and play an integral role in delivering on our Mission to our families and partners. Your hard work provides a welcoming and vibrant experience for our residents. Your unwavering support and commitment reflect in your willingness to improve the quality of life for our military families. I also want to address the impacts that COVID-19 has had on our LMH community. Last year was a year full of unknowns that required our team members to pivot and adapt constantly. That evershifting environment brought forth another layer of challenges – namely, how to balance the added pressures of our world with our own personal wellbeing and wellness. Your mental health is essential to us, and we want to ensure you are provided with every possible resource to assist you. We are dedicating every EmpHour in May to YOU!! From topics on how to spark wellness in your life, to an overview of our benefits, to learning new ways to embrace happiness, these EmpHour sessions have been designed to help you maximize balance and make YOU and your TOTAL health a top priority. As a team, LMH emerged stronger than ever after last year’s events. As we enter the PCS season, I am confident that our LMH teams are positioned, more than ever, to be successful.
