The Valley Crossings offers a mixed community intended for students, young professionals and small families. The grid-like layout organizes two different affordable housing types that consist of apartments and townhomes. Some features that are available to the residents and outside visitors consist of a retail strip, outdoor eating, restaurants, fitness center and woodlandtrail. In addition to these features, there are public and private green spaces which include green space plazas and private courtyards. The variety of features allow residents and visitors to interact with their community members and create a healthy, social lifestyle.
