Liverpool Philharmonic enhances and transforms lives through music Since 2013, the Paul Hamlyn Foundation-funded Leap into Live Music! programme has worked to build meaningful and sustainable relationships with hard to reach audiences across Merseyside.

2,335 households registered: Over 50%

living in some of the most deprived areas in Merseyside

Our primary aim is to reach out to audiences from financially challenged backgrounds to understand barriers in attendance and provide support and information from the first point of contact through to a personalised welcome and practical assistance at events.

We create supported pathways for these audiences to engage with us and offer free and discounted tickets across a tailored programme of events to people who have never attended a concert or event at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
