I hope you enjoyed your celebrations with friends and family over the festive season. The new year is upon us and with it brings new opportunities. I am pleased to see all the construction progressing at a marvellous rate here at our Living Gems Pacific Paradise resort. Sales Manager’s Message I would first like to say a big welcome back, I hope you had a fantastic time over the festive season. 2017 was a very busy year for our Sales Team, with so many enquiries as we near the final stage of the resort. We have so many fantastic social events planned for 2018, I hope to see you there. Living Gems Pacific Paradise prides itself on being positioned in one of Australia’s most desirable locations – this beautiful resort on the Sunshine Coast is surrounded by stunning beaches, golf courses and shopping centres as well as being close to Noosa, Coolum and Maroochydore. Over the past couple of years, we have seen Living Gems Pacific Paradise develop from a plot of land into a fantastic resort. It is very exciting to see the resort so close to completion with only 40 Blocks remaining! The Way An American doctor, Tom who comes to St. Jean Pied de Port to collect his sons remains, killed in the Pyrenees in a storm while walking the Camino de Santiago, also known as The Way of Saint James. While overseas Tom is inspired by the pilgrimage and decides to finish the journey to honour his son. You can find this emotional and inspiring film on Netflix.

Simply hit a regular golf ball into a specially created screen on which a video projector displays the image of your selected course/hole. The picture changes automatically depending on the length and position of your shot. Excitingly, the system also offers real close-up putting so now there won’t be any excuses for not getting in plenty of practice – rain or shine.
