What’s buddy program ?
Buddy Program is a friends-making activity between Chinese students and foreign students held by Tongji Students Union. Foreign Buddy
Interest Groups
We will group participants according to their interests. And our daily activities will alsobe done by group. You will carry out your group show together so that you will have many chances to communicate and find even more good friends with same interests.
How to take part in?
You will find a buddy after the ice-breaking party and keep communicate with him/her so that you can improvement your language skill especially speaking and get knowledge about different culture. The most improtant is you will have a good friend from different country.
Colorful Activities
We have a variety of activities together to build our friendship, like Weekend Trip, Traditional Festival and Dancing Party . The first meeting is Ice-breaking Party. You will have a group based on your interest you send to us to be familiar with others and find your buddy in this meeting.

Group Activities
Now you have a group based your interest and you can change it during ice-breaking party. After your comfirmation of your group, you need to plan with your group members about the group show in farewell party. The organizers will pay close attention to your group’s activities and supervise you to finish the group show.

Welcome to Ice-breaking Party! Ice-breaking Party’s schedule
1 Group Presentation
You will be familiar with your group members and prepare your group presentation to let others know your team. You need to select a group leader. Give a name of your group.
Attract others to take part in your group.
2 Buddy Matching
You need to find a buddy among your group members. You can change your group if you think other group is better for you.
3 Confirmation of your buddy and group.
Register your buddy and group’information to the organizers. Take your story cards.
