Kundalini Will Help You in Daily Life

I want to convey as clearly as possible that what you will learn in this book has the potential to give your life an energetic overhaul. Energy is the basis of everything in our lives—from our interactions to our perceptions and our ability to experience joy. This book is not about promoting one system over another; rather, it will show you how so many spiritual systems are aiming toward the same peaceful state.

Kundalini is not just an idea to think about and hope that it is real. It is very real, and actually experiencing kundalini firsthand is what will bring these benefits to your life. Doing some of the things in this book is what will make the most difference. I’m not saying this book is the exhaustive resource for kundalini awakening either, but it is a great start and a succinct path.

This book is a starting point and a global perspective for your spiritual development. You can find more in-depth instructions for meditations and exercises on 3ho.org, which was the source for much of the ones in this book. Master kundalini teachers also offer streaming services with daily classes for very affordable rates. TejTV.yoga and Rama-TV.com offer classes online. You can also find classes for free on YouTube. In-person classes are becoming more readily available globally as well as at local yoga studios. Much of the kundalini yoga taught today and the practices in this book come through the lineage of Yogi Bhajan, a teacher who came from India and essentially spread this formerly secretive practice to the West.

When it comes to you in the real world, you stand to gain higher levels of energy, more self-confidence, greater health, stronger optimism, an increased creative instinct, the ability to connect with others peacefully, deeper relationships with others and yourself, the ability to attract more wealth, a greater awareness of your potential and the energy to live up to it. You will be able to face adversity with more strength, move through change without fear, and make choices that are truly going to be in your best interest instead of feeding your vices.
