Greetings fellow skin care/spa professionals!

I was recently at a training event in Australia, where I was making a comparison between two products and explaining how, if you really think about their purposes, they work perfectly together and create the perfect partnership. Thai Massage stands out among the traditional alternative therapies that combines influences from China, India and other cultures from Southeast Asia. This massage harmonizes and stimulates the circulation of energy in the body, in addition to balancing the union of all four fundamental elements. The traditional Thai massage involves muscle kneading, manipulation and acupressure, which creates a rhythmic and beautiful massage.

Luis Fernando River is instructor of kinesiology, founder of the Institute of Art Holistic Massage in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and an educator and lecturer in over 14 countries. He has 22 years of experience in the field of body massage. River is the director of his teaching center in Columbia.

The integration of effective protocols across multiple indications and devices will better prepare your students for today’s salon, spa or medical settings.
