It’s been over five years since we launched the Home Hunter Northern Gold Coast real estate magazine and it’s still going strong! Now we are very pleased to announce our latest publication, Home Hunter Coastal Real Estate. Home Hunter Coastal is a glossy, monthly, 32 page+ publication, which covers the Coast from the Northern Gold Coast down to the Tweed. Predominantly it focusses on Agents on the coastline and, where possible, properties that are water orientated, whether that’s ocean, canal or lakeside as a special point of interest. Home Hunter Coastal magazines are available outside of each month’s contributing Agency offices, as well as being distributed by ourselves each month amongst restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and other small businesses in those areas - basically, anywhere that people sit and wait or relax. How Home Hunter Coastal can work for Real Estate Agents AND for potential vendors and buyers: People will pick up a real estate magazine even before they know they want to buy or sell a home. Just for a stickybeak to see what’s around, or as a kind of window shopping... they don’t have to be specifically looking. Your details will be right there in front of them, and who knows how many casual readers will become clients just on the off chance that they picked up a magazine and there you were. If they’re interested, it’s easier to keep a magazine to flick through again and again rather than keep finding and reloading a page on an internet site. Relaxing with a cuppa and a magazine, the potential buyer (or seller) can find agents in their suburb of interest and be directed to YOUR website and listings. Although online advertising is affordable and convenient, to have the MOST impact for your clients when listing their property for sale, a combination of internet and print media is vital. It’s true, online searches are very focussed, but the buyer has to sift through hundreds, sometimes thousands, of properties. Alternatively, our magazine is a showcase of agents all in the one very accessible place that complements online searches perfectly.
