1. LODE MINING CORPORATION is the precious metals supply stream. By conducting small scale mine material and refining processes, LODE will produce pure silver and gold bullion under the London and New York spot price. LODE Mining is projecting to produce silver and gold at -10% to -13% under spot. A portion of the profits from mining will be returned to distribution partners in the form of performance bonuses.
2. BULLPEN.PRO is the bullion clearinghouse, minting and sales operation. BullPen.pro performs two main functions:
a. The vaulted physical bullion is minted as NTFs, and listed on the Bullpen.pro NFT marketplace. The profits from the sale of the NFTs range between 3-5% on initial sales. Any secondary sales of the NFTs on BullPen.pro, or other NFT marketplaces, entitle LODE to perpetual royalties every time a trade is made.
b. New AGX and AUX Coins are created from the BullPen.pro segregated inventory. These backed assets are sold into circulation via centralized exchanges and decentralized market books and liquidity pools to provide easy access to retail users, commercial trading networks, and merchants.
All on-chain transactions of LODE’s digital silver and gold collect a fee via the “LODE Fee Collector.” Revenue ranges between 0.04% -1.0% of the transaction value. Acceleration of adoption of digital silver and gold is done through proprietary Web3 LODE Wallet technology and through listings and strategic partnerships. As the currencies begin to reach larger volumes of trading, it is anticipated that the fees accumulated will grow rapidly to outpace operational expenses.
The digital payment platform and merchant account management portal provide merchants worldwide with the ability to accept AGX and AUX Coins, and other selected cryptocurrencies at the point of sale without risk of devaluation.
