‘Groundhog Day’ at Hollin Busk A DECISION on the controversial Hollin Busk ‘village’ has been pulled at the last minute – for second time in two months. Council planners recommend approval of the scheme for 93+ homes and on May 24, Sheffield City Council informed local residents that the long-awaited decision would be made on June 4. But then, with just four days notice, Council planners pulled the item on May 31. This comes after the same thing happened two months ago when same item was pulled from the March 12 meeting. Almost two years later, residents and campaigners are still in the dark about whether or not the Hollin Busk Royd Farm ‘village’ is going ahead.
