Welcome! Hey AIESEC in Colombia! The year 2015 is here and in it our dreams and the ambition of a bigger and more impactful AIESEC. This year brings our mid term ambition to an end and every single minute counts, therefore our efforts as an entity needs to come together stronger than ever. There is a team responsible to guide our local entities in this special and challenging journey, the Member Committee Team of AIESEC in Colombia. Today, we are releasing not the applications to get this job done but the possibility of leading the closure of, what could be, the most powerful organizational ambition of AIESEC in its 66 years of history. The possibility of leading 2400 purpose driven volunteers in Colombia to fulfill their promises on impact and change for our country. The possibility of doing things differently, of challenging the system.

Expect to feel challenged while you go through these pages. Research. Innovate. Be original. Share your ideas & thoughts and remember that we are constructing the AIESEC in Colombia we have always dreamt about so don´t be afraid of proposing huge fundamental changes since growth comes from constant improvement. This experience is unique and there is tons of learnings ahead. Even though it won´t be easy, I promise you will never be the same person after this term since the MC brings out the best version of yourself. This journey begins now! For the impact in Colombia and to deliver the promise of change, we will! Onwards, Juan Carlos Fayad MCP 2015-2016 AIESEC in Colombia
