General Questionnaire AIESEC develops & fosters Value-based leadership. Please define in your own words the six AIESEC value and describe how are you living them daily
Continuous improvement, the pursuit of learning new things and always keeping the balance entered the various topics that concern their lives. Always making the best of oneself, loving the things we always do as a roll model for others. During my experience in organizing and beyond have worked in always give my best in always being supportive through the experience and work. Enjoying the differences and different cultures in countries, regions or cities, always accepting them and learning from them to understand the differences and adapt at all times. I have had the opportunity to interact in various roles with AIESEC, travel to different cities in Colombia, visit countries and a MC team in Ecuador and meet people, living cultures and learn new style of live in economy, legal and social life Ecuador has given me the opportunity to have the ability to adaptability. Being aware of our environment, the needs that have and always work for the benefit of our spaces. Daily work in the care of the garbage in my house and my family, having the opportunity to teach what I have learned to care for the environment and sustainable environment..
4 months ago, I took the decision to apply to become MCP of AIESEC in Ecuador, but it did not happen and in hindsight you make feel that it is time to leave even AIESEC. 4 months ago I graduated and who within the organization I be able to grow in an unconventional way that few young people my age have the opportunity and continue contributing to society. Why AIESEC in Colombia? I have had the opportunity to NST twice to AIESEC in Colombia and I want to continue contributing to the reality of my country, to make each day more grit others to achieve peace in the country and the economic and social development of Colombia. My plan in a short time, continue in the organization and follow professionally built a career based on cultural understanding and strategic development of organizations like AIESEC, which I am sure I will learn in MC 1516 going with stronger bases applied as MCP of AIESEC in Ecuador and deliver all the best of their knowledge at the MC experience to really make a difference in this country. My plan of life for the next 43 years is to become ambassador to Colombia in a small Asian country and is something that since 2012 have tried to build step by step through AIESEC. Today I see the opportunity to be part of MC 15.16 as a huge leap in how I will manage a country with my team without mine and how I can get to diplomatically handle cultural differences.
Why have you decided to run for the MC team15.16 of AIESEC in Colombia? What drives you to stay in the organization and how your career plan aligned to this experiences? Juan Sebastiรกn Villalobos I MC BD Manager 15.16 Applicant

MMs as our stronger resource: Create a NEC to our TLPs to empowered them in their roles and the identity as a leaders. CSI: We must return to the initial structure of this organ and have become more strategic within the case management of program quality and that the MCVP Operations work directly with the leader of this entity but not to be the leader. New National IGIP Projects: Having positioned the program through the national office, open new markets with this program to position the organization in another market. CLO Regional Summit: One of the problems of local committees is the limited availability of travel to such events to be part of this strategy. It is important to rethink the strategies regarding mobility and execution of this event. Big Partnerships IGCDP: Sale of projects or sponsorship packet. Companies can donate money or part of larger projects in partnership with AIESEC to generate impact on society.
Specific Questionnaire Please list the sub products you would focus on during your term different from Global Talent – Incoming GIP.
Taking advantage the market that is opening to the public sector in Bogota and having as support the success of the project, in addition to management that carried out to brand of Colombia CO, we could capitalize on this market opening spaces within the public and private sector for investments based on projects that deal with the Colombian Ecotourism. Specific Questionnaire Hightlight the kay strategies in order to capitalize and incentivize cosales inside the National Network. What could be the potential benefits of theses strategies?
CLO Regional Summit One of the bottlenecks for membership of the strategy is the centralization of the event which is always done in the same place for several LCs assistance is complicated. If we regional events where we focus more on that small local committees can really participate in this serious event potentiate to IGIP is an important area in committees that have not yet developed motor.
National Education BD The creation of an effective educational cycle for local committees based on knowledge of business development, not stay alone in a CLO Summit but give constant education knowledge they need to manage national accounts. As benefits, local committees will have more knowledge and empowerment in business development processes, better managed and delivered, in addition to long-term leadership in national account management accounts.
Global BD GCPs AIESEC Internacional: What makes AIESEC International is selling a package of benefits to all partners to sponsor and have spaces in events held globally, this in order to always have sustainability events and variety of knowledge in the various events organize, adding value to both the company and for membership who attend these events. AIESEC in Colombia has at least 7 events per year and more than 35 national partners in which can participate in these events, have much more variety of participants and thematic make these attractive event for both the membership and the external sector based on the knowledge that companies and speakers have developed in their paths. Juan Sebastiรกn Villalobos I MC BD Manager 15.16 Applicant
Alumni Network: The 60% of the results of AIESEC in Mexico is part of the Alumni Network, they work together to co-create projects or the alumni give them important contacts or openning new spaces for AIESEC in the mexican market.
Voluntarios Mexico: AIESEC in Mexico drives growth and attracting people for Y2B through volunteers that promotes in different cities to which it will be held the event, this in order to make the event more variety of public and impact the event is much wider.
Specific Questionnaire Please describe a complete plan to make Y2B profiable and nationally known. Please present original and diferent ideas. It is not only a metter of selling in advance. AIESEC in Colombia are starting with the execution of the event from three to two months before time is not enough to start with a pre-sale to companies that can really contribute to the theme you want to impart to the event, we do not get enough money and gifts workspaces, this does not give us an event given lightly but if an event with which it is it can take total advantage of the benefits that AIESEC brings the event and did not deliver quality value proposition to our allies (students, professionals and companies).

Benefits for Sponsors Co-branding, social media appearance and added value of your brand against the youth market access that are attacking.
Benefits for Students Real value added in front of the theme of the event and access to existing chances against the companies that sponsor the event. Access to job opportunities in AIESEC and allies.
Co-Creating Spaces
Starting the work of creating the event with 6 months in advance, we have the opportunity to arrive early to sell to companies, to bring a portfolio of selling the event to show the gaps between business development and public relations based on the theme to be treated, can collectively to the needs of the event and the profile with the company create the space it wants to have in the event without departing from the scope and created previously, so would guarantee that the customer is satisfied and completely sure what it will do and achieve a more effective and aligned with what the Y2B sale.
Entrepreneurial and Student Centers
Given that universities are our biggest market and very supportive of the work of AIESEC with students. Entrepreneurship centers and student tickets often give their best students completely free to attend events that contribute to professional growth, the idea is to sell ticket packages to these centers for students to attend, plus the percentage of guarantee event attendance is often also a failure of Y2B.

Specific Questionnaire In which sectors is AIESEC able to compete and which sectors are attractive to AIESEC? Propose a complete system to measure both criteria in order to make an effective prospect list.
Compete and Attractive Education: The current government is betting on education but focused education to those who can not acquire it. For this I was born the National Literacy Plan 2014-2018 with which it wants to become the Latin American country with the lowest rate of illiteracy on the continent. For that AIESEC is at the disposal of generating projects in common with public or private institutions to contribute to this plan in the medium term. http://www.mineducacion.gov.co/1621/w3-article-235119.html
BPO (Business Process Outsoursing): According to the Colombian Association contact centers and BPO sectors with greater demand for this mode are telecommunications (45.7%), banks and financial services (14.7%), consumer goods (9.6%), the state (8.1%). Profiles AIESEC globally can easily get and are profiles can be challenged in countries like Brazil and India, countries that can be capitalized in order to develop this market. http://www.inviertaencolombia.com.co/sectores/servicios/tercerizacion-de-servicios-bpo.html
