Don’t skimp on save-thedates: Summer is prime vacation time, send out an announcement as early as possible do your guests can mark their calendars and plan accordingly.

WITH long days and incredible SoCal weather, why wouldn’t you want to host your nuptials in Los Coyotes’ sun-soaked outdoor ceremony sites? Here are some essentials tips to make planning a Summer reception a breeze!

Also, at Los Coyotes, our outdoor ceremony chairs are fabric cushioned so your guests won’t burn their bottoms or legs. Avoid the midday timeframe: With the sun at it’s strongest, hot guests are not party animals. At Los Coyotes, our outdoor ceremonies are typically at 11AM or 5PM to avoid the most heat. AND your guest will fall in love with your air conditioned reception area.

Keep your guest cool: Put a drink in their hand, whether it’s a champagne greeting or an ice water station— make sure your guest have access to liquids.

of each month starting at 6:00pm. Appointments need to be made 2 weeks prior to the tasting with the event office.

TASTINGS are an opportunity for you as a couple to taste certain menu items and make a decision on your menu selections. Tastings are held the 1st Wednesday

t i p s

When booking your appointment, we will go over food selections. Food selections are based upon kitchen availability of the items and not all menu items will be prepared. Tastings are designed for the Bride and Groom only.

If you would like to bring extra guest, that is okay — however, the amount of food would not increase.

FYI, the Event Sales Staff is not present at your tasting.

Or you may decide you’d rather receive money to fund your honeymoon. Create and account on a website like Traveler’s Joy for your guest to contribute to. Whatever route you take, post your registry preference and links on your wedding website. But keep in
