Treat your Guests to Unexpected Warmers: Welcome guests to the ceremony with a hot chocolate bar near the entrance and a warm cookie on each ceremony seat. Imagine a cocktail hour with a winter-inspired signature drink! Ask about our patio heaters, as well.

WITH daylight savings upon us, these cool winter nights can be quite breezy and chilly for most of us SoCal natives. Here are some essentials tips to make planning a Winter reception at Los Coyotes a warm and festive affair.

al s’more offerings, like pumpkin marshmallows with dark chocolate. You could even personalize your own chocolate bars and serve it as your wedding favor. Share the love & warmth!: You’ll probably be feeling warm and fuzzy on your wedding day, so why not help your guests feel the same? Mittens, hand warmers, hot drink mugs or embroidered blankets will be memorable – and useful! – favors for your guests.

Get cozy with gourmet s’mores: Fire up our s/mores station during your reception. Treat your guests to gourmet season-

of each month starting at 6:00pm. Appointments need to be made 2 weeks prior to the tasting with the event office.

TASTINGS are an opportunity for you as a couple to taste certain menu items and make a decision on your menu selections. Tastings are held the 1st Wednesday

t i p s

When booking your appointment, we will go over food selections. Food selections are based upon kitchen availability of the items and not all menu items will be prepared. Tastings are designed for the Bride and Groom only.

If you would like to bring extra guest, that is okay — however, the amount of food would not increase.

FYI, the Event Sales Staff is not present at your tasting.

IT’S OFFICIAL, the Patone Color of the Year for 2018 is ULTRA VIOLET!

With Pantone's Color of the Year for 2017, Greenery— we definitely saw the color trend play into the wedding world in a huge way with florals, linens and fashion. We expect that pattern to continue with this bold 2018 color. Think anemones, orchids, roses, hydrangeas, irises, calla lilies, peonies, dahlias and more in Ultra Violet and its sister shades. Ultra Violet can be used as an accent color, seamlessly complimenting shades like soft blues and pinks. The possibilities!

H e a v y METALLICS are big for everything from stationery to table flatware—and for 2018, cakes are no exception.

Delicate embroidery in gold feels opulent while geometric shapes create a fresh, modern feel.

The cake trend is more of a bright, glamorous vibe, rather than a gold and silver vintage style. Think more Art-Deco. The greatest aspect about metallics? They can adapt to so many unique wedding styles.

If an entire tier is too much glitz for you, consider adding a little allover sparkle. Fine edible glitter (think: pixie dust) can give a decorative sheen to your cake without overpowering the whole design. Our preferred vendors would love to create the metallic cake of your dreams!

C o r n e r of the greatest ways you can help is also one of the most tedious. Tracking down family and friends who are lousy at sending back their RSVP card is a huge burden off of your partner and will free up time for more important tasks. You’ll forever be a hero for wrangling in all of the late RSVPS — we assure you that!
