Notes 1. Total Gross for Choir & Music Addition derived from a 1.25 factor added to the program of spaces. This information will assist in area requirements for a free-standing as well as an attached addition that will require stand alone MEP systems seperate from the existing building MEP systems. 2. A phasing requirement consideration is needed to build and occupy the band hall of the new facility prior to or in conjunction with conversion of existing band hall into “Black Box.”

Notes 1. The current consideration is to convert the existing Auto Tech/Construction Science Building into the future Agriculture Facility. 2. The conversion will include both renovation and an addition of the existing Auto Tech/Construction Science Building to function as the new Agriculture Facility. 3. As a stand alone facillity, upgrage and addition to existing MEP and other systems will be required. AG has heavy venitlation, ventilation and plumbing/gas requirements to accomodate welding. 4. Included in the phasing, the scope of work will require conversion of the existing AG into the Construction Science Facility.

Notes 1. Project scope involves relocation of existing bus and transportation facility at Liberty Stadium to a new location adjacent to Liberty High School. 2. Current consideration is that access to the new facility will be directly from Panther Lane which is a wide roadway that is currently underutilized. 3. Adjequate surface parking will be required in conjuction with and adjacent to the built Shop Area.

Shared facilities consist of Training, Team Room and Support Spaces. The existing weight room will remain retain in current use. 3. Girl’s facilities include athletic locker rooms, equipment storage and coach’s offices. 4. Locate new athletic facilities in proximity to existing gym and athletic areas. Music & Choral are attaced to the existing high school and linked via exisiting interior corridor. Access to Girl’s Fieldhouse via covered canopy. Existing transformer retained in existing location.

More exterior wall required to construct - increase construction cost. Might be more difficult to work into new HS plan. Requires we reroute Service Drive. Existing gasline conflict. MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION.

Music & Choral are consolidated to the new Girl’s Field House Addition to create one building addition. This option does not incurr any conflict with existing transformer operation and location.

Pro’s Does not trigger fire sprinkler.

Not connected/stand alone, but semi-secure.

Does not require rerouting of service drive.

Not preferred adjacency.

Less exterior walls. Easier to fit into a new HS plan. LEAST EXPENSIVE- MOST ECONOMICAL OPTION
