THE DASHER
THE CUPID
It’s Christmas Eve with 44 minutes before the shops shut. You’ve realised that you’ve nothing for your partner & they aren’t going to accept chocolates & champagne again…
You love shopping, you love buying presents and you love watching people open them. You’re an old romantic who cares about others & when you give – you may go a little over the top!
Suggestion Try a book from Waterstones or WHSmiths or a ready-wrapped gift bag from The Body Shop – but who doesn’t love champagne (Majestic) & chocolates (Thorntons)!?
Suggestion Neptune can help you create romance all around your home & to get something a little personal & unique try Fielders, Aubergine and Paperchase.
THE PRANCER
THE VIXEN
Like a puppy dog you leap & bound around Wimbledon, know exactly what to buy & where. You’ve done your research, you’ve shopped the shops & with a spring in your step you’re getting Christmas wrapped up.
You love to flirt with your Christmas shopping list; you push the boundaries and shop the shops. You can guarantee at the office party you’ll be wearing something new, on trend & memorable.
Suggestion Treat yourself (& a friend) to a spa at Better Leisure or massage at Gina Conway plus an hour with the Personal Stylist in Elys so you feel great for Christmas.
Suggestion Keep dropping in to TK Maxx, Debenhams or Elys to build that wardrobe & team up your outfit with way out there shoes from Office & accessories from Pandora. PS. Pick up a great Secret Santa from Wilkos.
THE BLITZEN
RUDOLPH
Chaos theory rules – somehow, not only do you manage to get all your presents quickly (thanks Click & Collect via Doddle in Debenhams), you had your hair & nails done, met a friend for lunch & picked up a little something for your dog. Just don’t ask how!
Well who doesn’t have a red nose at Christmas?
Suggestion Give yourself an extra day – try the panto or a play in Wimbledon, or take the kids to the Polka we are sure you can squeeze them in. If anyone can – it’s you.

THINGS NEVER TASTED SO GOOD Eating out has become the norm, changing our high streets and towns into places for families, friends and (if you’re lucky enough) a romantic rendezvous round a table.
80+ PLACES TO EAT, what a choice
AWARD-WINNING PUBS AND RESTAURANTS Both The Old Frizzle and The Alex have won South West London’s respected Food and Drink Awards this year and let’s not forget Elys restaurant and Lu-Ma Café showing that healthy eating is coming out top!
Wimbledon has, with many a cook, chef and restaurateur waiting to serve you this season.
BUNDLE IN WITH YOUR FRIENDS There’s nothing better than eating on impulse and restaurants such as Five Guys, Franco Manca, Bill’s, The Lambourne, Al Forno, Pho, Dip & Flip, Gourmet Burger may be heaving, but they are great at fitting you in. And boy, the atmosphere will make it a good night.
FAMILY FUN It is said our local Wahaca sells more family meals than any other branch in the country, and in Wimbledon we pride ourselves on having great places to bring your kids. Get them into noodle slurping at Wagamama and Pho, making Pizzas at Pizza Express or donning Sombreros at Chimichanga.
ROMANTIC RENDEZVOUS
COSY CAFES
Some say the Italians make the best lovers, some say the best cooks - we’ve combined the two and hey presto (or is it hey pesto?) treat yourselves to a quiet table at Made in Italy, La Nonna or San Lorenzo. If you want to try something different how about Sticks’n’Sushi - lots of sticks and sushi to share!
As you shop till you drop, stop for a refreshing cuppa and moorish mince pie - try Bliss, Kaldi, Patisserie Valerie, Rosy Lea or Moka and go for a french twist if you fancy.
ALL WIMBLEDON’S EATERIES ARE ON lovewimbledon.org
WHAT’S NEW IN WIMBLEDON SMASH Anyone for ping-pong? You heard right, if you’re a fan of the game, pizza and a beer then you’ll love Smash. An experiential bar & restaurant that serves craft beer, fresh artisan pizzas and a very laid-back atmosphere for you to enjoy.
JOE & THE JUICE The coolest thing since, well... sliced bread! This global brand (40+ stores) has opened in Wimbledon and offers immune boosting juices, shakes, joegurts and shots, along with a healthy selection of sandwiches and (essential) coffee.
