At Sotheby’s International Realty, we strongly believe in

success. And I am committed to finding success in all my real estate connections. The first time Diane Bostrom traveled to upstate South Carolina while taking her daughter, Kate, for a college visit at Clemson University, she sensed “there is magic in these mountains,” and was confident the Lake Keowee and Blue Ridge Mountains would become a very important part of her life. Sadly, the death of her, Kristy, from leukemia, changed the direction of her life, but also solidified many of the values and commitments that make Diane such an exceptional real estate agent. Diane recognizes the value of family, the gift of life, and the hope of a flourishing future. Upon bringing her other daughter Kate to Clemson University, Diane moved to Westminster, SC, earned her real estate license, and began serving buyers and sellers in the Lake Keowee region. She has found the magic in the mountains, and loves sharing the joys of this beautiful area with others. Her clients describe Diane as “authentic, genuine, and tough”—characteristics that assure she is a strong advocate for her clients, who know she will always go the extra mile to help them close the best real estate deal. Since 2009, Diane’s expertise in the Lake Keowee market and the local towns and lake communities has been developed through her extensive experience as a top-producing Realtor helping clients both buy and sell real estate. She is a strong communicator and sensitive listener, always working diligently to connect with her buyers and sellers. Diane is a tenacious negotiator, always making sure her clients are satisfied with the real estate process as well as the result. Diane expects—and gives—complete honesty and transparency with her clients, and when business concludes, many have become among her closest friends. That is the kind of service Diane gives—service that is so exceptional that a friendship is a natural result of the business relationship. Diane has earned her luxury sales certification and worked extensively in the Seneca, Clemson, the Lake

Hartwell communities, as well as all communities on Lake Keowee. She also served on the staff of the Reserve on Lake Keowee. Diane not only knows the lake area, she enjoys it as well. Spending time with family and friends on Lake Keowee is a special pleasure. She takes advantage of the many amenities found in her own community. When not on the lake, she can often be found entertaining friends or traveling to Charleston SC to spend time with her daughter’s family while spoiling her two grandchildren. So, what are you waiting for? If you are ready to buy in the lake area, or sell your current home, give Diane Bostrom a call.
