Business continued as we seamlessly moved from board room meetings to a virtual environment and from formal attire to loungewear. But in this transition, we lost the informal conversations and discussions with customers.
L&T Technology Services recently launched its own thought leadership forum – Mélange: a community of like-minded people for enabling cross-pollination of ideas. Mélange is a platform where a series of virtual sessions are conducted to discuss on various topics of relevance.
Recently, we concluded Mélange by LTTS Nordics and had a rich peer-to-peer discussion on ‘How to do diversity and inclusion the right way’. The discussion was moderated by a diversity expert and was attended by select invited customers from Nordic region.
The audience opened-up and shared their personal experiences on how diversity and inclusion adoption differ in their respective countries, including dimensions like gender, age, ability & disability, introverts and extroverts. Few key takeaways from the session were new diversity topics to watch out for in 2021, the impact of the diversity gap on discrimination and the positive change in society through #MeToo and #BlackLivesMatter.
