WOMEN LEADERSHIP IN TURBULENT TIMES
by LTTS
At LTTS, we have around 25% of women representation in our workforce, and they seem to be juggling far more responsibilities, especially when boundaries between work and home have blurred.
Considering this fact, LTTS hosted a virtual session – a webinar with Senior Women Leaders across the industry to gather their thoughts and viewpoints on the Women Leadership in Turbulent Times and exchange notes and ideas on how they are in balancing personal and official work.
The leaders who participated in the panel were Aarti Shah, SVP & CIO - Eli Lilly, Kimberly Riddle, Vice President (Supply Chain Innovation & Governance Global Engineering) - Procter & Gamble, Seema Ghanekar, Global Head (Industrial & Consumer Products) - L&T Technology Services.
The virtual event was conducted on Oct 29, 2020 and the conversations were centered around: • The changing role of women during COVID-19 • Balancing personal and professional responsibilities • The role women play to create a successful home and workplace • Advice for young women engineers to cope during these turbulent times
Here are a few insights/excerpts from the event:
