COVID-19 was an unprecedented challenge that disrupted business operations across industries. Given the odds, it was truly a proud moment to see every LTTS-ite stand hand-in-hand with the organization. LTTS takes pride in the resilience shown by each employee and the support extended by the families of the employees in circum navigating through this crisis. It was heartening to see every LTTS-ite responding to the situation quickly whether it was converting home to a mini-lab, upgrading personal laptop for office use, or toggling between work for home and work from home.

Our CEO, Dr. Keshab Panda, along with our CHRO, M. Lakshmanan announced the Merci Beaucoup initiative as a token of gratitude towards the employees and their families for their unwavering determination in these uncertain times. Through this initiative each employee was presented with a gift and a citation for their contributions.
