SPOTLIGHT TETE-A-TETE WITH RAJEEV GUPTA

It’s not every day that two of our stalwart leaders engage in delightful conversations on work, life and share common interests. But that is exactly what happened when LTTS’ CMO Samir Bagga, caught up with our CFO Rajeev Gupta for a freewheeling chat that we are delighted to present to our readers.

Rajeev, who took over the reins as LTTS’ CFO 2 months ago, talks about his exciting journey from a Chartered Accountant at PwC to exciting stints at Capgemini and most recently Birlasoft, and shares his life’s mantra and advice for LTTSites.

For Rajeev taking charge right in the middle of the lockdown was a unique experience even for someone as experienced as him. But at the same time, the warmth and exuberance with which he was welcomed by colleagues across the organization was heartening and refreshing and one of the reasons why LTTS stands out as such a special place.

Rajeev’s mantra for success is all about delighting stakeholders. “It could be anyone, your internal or external custome. The one thing that is critical, not just in business but even in life, is delighting your customer and ensuring you go above and beyond in terms of delivery performance. “Remember, every time you delight the customer, the customer is bound to come back with repeat business and that directly contributes to the success of the company and thus the financials, he says.
