LTTS swept the Annual Stevie® Awards across all major categories representing Brand, Innovation, Employer and Workplace. What stood out was our ability to innovate and our unique offerings that distinguish LTTS from its peers and competitors.

The U.S.-based Stevie® Awards is an international, all-encompassing business awards program recognizing and honoring high-achieving organizations and executives around the world. Winners were selected from more than 3,800 nominations, from organizations in more than 60 nations. LTTS won the following Stevie® Awards this year:

Gold: Brand Experience of the Year

Our unique pan-European, 16-day ER&D Bus Tour campaign showcasing our Digital & Industry 4.0 solutions culminating in the engineering hackathon at Munich.

Silver: Most Exemplary Employer (COVID Response category)

WFX Model & weCare App, as well as, all other arrangements undertaken by BCP, Admin, HR & IT teams to ensure workplace-readiness for colleagues returning to office.

Silver: Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year

We showcased our Smart Office Campus success, the Rockford Center of Excellence inauguration, first-of-its-kind innovations like Robotic Endo-Trainer Kit and Solar ‘Connectivity’ Drone.

Silver: Innovative Workplace Redesign (COVID Response category)

LTTS’ unique differentiators that made it stand out were the integrated offering of technology and innovative solutions, which included virtualized 3D clone of our Think Studio, Lab set-up at home for our engineers and the WFX application in managing/scheduling work.

BRANDON HALL HCM EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2020

LTTS won two coveted Brandon Hall Excellence Awards in North America for the dual honor of achieving excellence in Talent Acquisition Process, and Employee Engagement.

The Brandon Hall Awards is a popular global forum with some of the most renowned companies competing for the top spots.

Bronze Award for Excellence in Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process

The North American Talent Acquisition team had done a stellar work in creating a robust talent acquisition framework, successfully incorporating innovative talent acquisition strategies in hiring that differentiated LTTS from the competition. The jury appreciated the demonstrable impact that was created through multi-location recruitment drives, campus hiring from top universities in the USA and organizing career event (across different geographies) to build talent pipeline for quick ramp ups.

Bronze Award for Excellence in Best Advance in Employee Engagement

Our HR team showcased various employee engagement initiatives conducted in North America and globally. From conducting ‘Engagement Events’ through special interest groups, for the U.S. employees to revenue-impacting rewards programs. LTTS created an environment where efforts and successes are acknowledged and celebrated.
