GETTING STARTED MACHINERY NEEDED - CNC ROUTER TABLE WITH 1/4” CUTTING BIT - TABLE SAW TOOLS NEEDED - DRILL & APPROPRIATE BITS - HAND ROUTER MATERIALS & HARDWARE LISTED ON FIRST PAGE OF SECTIONS ABOVE *THIS DESIGN ONLY WORKS USING 0.7in PLYWOOD USE ACCOMPANYING CNC CUTTING FILES TO PREPARE ALL PIECES FOR ASSEMBLY. SOME ELEMENTS MAY NEED TO BY CUT BY TABLE SAW. ELEMENTS THAT NEED ADDITIONAL PREP AFTER CNC CUTTING (RABBETS, DADOS, ANGLES & MITRES) ARE INDICATED IN EACH SECTIONS MATERIAL LIST BY THE LINE-TYPES BELOW. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ASSEMBLY GRAPHIC FOR ANGLE DIRECTION.

- Fasten bottom cleat and top spacer block to wall at marked distance - Adhere acoustic material & plywood strips 2.5in from wall edge

- Sit the WEST WALL to the on the west edge of the floor structure - Hang the SOUTH WALL on the cleat on the south face of the floor structure

- Fasten the walls together along the frame of the WEST WALL - Fast the WEST WALL to the floor structure - Hand the NORTH WALL on the cleat on the north face of the floor structure

- Fasten the NORTH & WEST WALLS together along the WEST WALL frame - Place the PLATFORM onto the FLOOR structure - Slot the EAST WALL into the NORTH & SOUTH WALLS, sitting on the FLOOR structure

- Fasten the EAST WALL to the NORTH & SOUTH WALLS along the EAST WALL frame - Slot the ROOF structure into place, fasten if desired

COMPLETE - THE MAKERLABS PHONEBOOTH IS NOW ASSEMBLED - ADD PAINT, FINISHES, AND UPHOLSTERING AS DESIRED - IT IS NOW READY FOR FUTURE INSTALLATION OF LIGHTING, POWER CONNECTION, AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS - ENJOY!
