5
Small Form Models - A series of small wooden models helped to generate ideas of form
6
Small Form Models - These models were used to show the visual effect of indidvual as well as grouped units
7
Digital Iterations - Subtle variations on form were quickly modelled digitally
8
Digital Development - Early form decisions were made quickly through digital experimentation
9
Full-Scale Mock-Ups
10
11
Rough 1:1 Mock-Up - A quick 1:1 mock-up was used to get an idea of the space the phonebooth would occupy
12
Rough 1:1 Mock-Up - This mock-up helped to determine the interior dimensions and experiment with the feeling of enclosure
13
Full-Scale Mock-Up - A 1:1 mock-up out of Unistrut and scrap plywood was used to dial in ergonomics and functionality of the phonebooth
14
Full-Scale Mock-Up - Adding varied sitting and standing positions in the phonebooth allows for flexible use of the space

19
Detail Drawings - Detail iteration, jumping between hand-drawn details and physical mock-ups
20
Full-Scale Wall Assembly Detail - Testing connections between wall panels
21
Full-Scale Wall Assembly Prototype - Prototyping wall assemblies that used dimensional lumber and insulation to combat exterior acoustics
22
Full-Scale Detail Prototype
23
Acoustic Dampening Panel Prototype - Experimenting with expanded cork as an acoustic dampening material
24
Acoustic Dampening Panel Prototype
25
Handle Detail - Prototyping handle details for the door
26
Door prototyping - An earlier design scheme detail with a bent acrylic door
27
Digital Modelling
28
29
Digital Construction Model - Building the model digitally prior to the physical build aided in ironing out details and connections
30
Design Iterations - Quick iterations of certain elements could be carried out and documented quickly
31
Grouped Model - Digital models were grouped together to view how they would interact

Construction
52
53
C N C R o u t e r Ta b l e - The majority of work in the construction of the phonebooth was carried out by a CNC Router Table
54
