BELIZE CITY, Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 It appears that on a daily basis the nation must suffer some embarrassment at the hands of the UDP Government. The latest is the barefaced, well-executed theft of a Toyota Hilux pickup truck from inside what should have been a well-

14 yr. old charged with attempted murder Belize City, May 9, 2012 This morning at the Belize City Family Court, a 14 year old minor was charged for a slew of offences including attempted murder. The minor is accused of arming himself with a gun and shooting three people plus shooting at two others last week Friday. A total of eleven charges were placed on the teenager, including 5 counts of attempted murder, 3 counts of use of deadly means of harm, and 3 counts of dangerous harm. He could not be granted bail because of the laws and the stiffer penalties related to gun charges. The incident reportedly occurred on Bocotora Street, right

the entrance gate but the suspicious disappearance of the security guard left the entire compound at criminal’s disposal. With no one guarding the security booth, the man scaled the fence and once on the compound, broke the gate’s lock to slide it open.
