Moya Resigns now hired by Ashcroft
Belize City, October 19, 2011 The rift between embattled Belize City UDP Mayor Zenaida MoyaFlowers and UDP Leader Dean Barrow went public when Moya-Flowers made history as the only Mayor to be criminally-charged. The spectacle of being investigated by Police, arrested, charged, dragged to Court and called a thief is one of the most embarrassing episodes for Moya-Flowers, and undoubtedly because the drama was crafted by UDP Leaders, forgiveness will be hard to come by. But outside the house, a crowd of protestors are expected to gather to show their opposition to the constitutional amendment which threatens to erode

Belize City, October 19, 2011 In February of this year, Paul Perriott resigned from Belize Telemedia Limited after his relationship with the Governmentowned company deteriorated. It made big news, because Perriott was an outspoken UDP supporter who assisted the Barrow Administration’s success at the polls in 2008. Eight months later, Perriott now finds himself at odds with his once-closest ally, the National Trade Union
