Come the Millennium and the club had become an established Step 5 side. Season 2001/02 was without doubt one of the most successful in the club’s history, the club succeeding in winning the Premier Division title for the very first time. 2002/03 season saw the club retain the title once more, but with the Eynsham Park ground at this stage still not up to required standard, the club remained at Step 5.

The club established itself quickly within the Hellenic League and found itself competing at the top of Division 1 immediately. Promotion was secured in its third season after finishing runners up to Tuffley Rovers and securing a place in the Hellenic League Premier Division.

Everything came together for the club’s centenary year though and in a truly magnificent finish to the season, the team overhauled the long-term leaders of the division, Almondsbury Town in the very last league game. Winning the league title and promotion to Step 4 on goal differences.

Season 2021/22 was a historic season for the Millers; Manager Eddie Odhiambo, in his first season of football management, lead his side to promotion via the play-offs and brought Step 3 football to Eynsham
Park for the first time in the club’s history. Semi-Final victory on the road at Berkhamsted and victory at Ware in the final thanks to two injury time goals from journeyman striker Jefferson Louis. The club now looks forward to its debut Step 3 season.

on Saturday afternoons and Tuesday evenings wasn’t an option, we still felt the support of the NLFC followers in other ways. Season 2021/22 saw spectators return to grounds and the first full season completed in a couple of years. The atmosphere created by the Millers fans was fantastic!! Their positivity and excitement at the playoff matches were unprecedented and will live long in everyone’s memories!!

The U15 made it through to the County Cup final in their age group and played so well through the season only to narrowly miss out. They go again this season in the A league.
We currently have 5 youth teams in total, 4 mixed genders, U9, U10, U12, U15 and one girls’ team at U15. The U9 & U12 teams are new this season and join 3 other successful teams.
