President Message Hey AIESEC, My name is Rui and I'm the President of AIESEC in Mozambique for the term 2015.16. I am part of an amazing team of 7 individuals are working to make AIESEC in Mozambique better and relevant this term. The reason I am here to speak with you is because we are opening the NSBs position. Few of us are conscious about it, but we are a special generation. Our generation is the one that will have the pleasure to give the final sprint to achieve AIESEC 2015. How awesome is that, right?! More than a pleasure, it is a privilege, duty and responsibility to receive the legacy from the previous 4 generations. To do this we have to be oriented to solutions and actions - problems matter, but what you do after knowing them is what matters most! If together with me and the MC1516 you want to do something about it start by applying to become NSB. General Information NSB is a body supporting strategically the MC during term. NSB positions are opened for specific areas.

The role of each member of team is to cooperate closely with MC member in order to develop and run operations in certain area during the term.

In the application form you can find specific role of National Strategic Body in each function.

Candidate profile:

• All net aligned with the IGIP national material • LC´s trained to sell • Delivery quality over 60 % according to Standard & Satisfaction • Autonomy • Committed • Process management • Time management

- Permanent communication with MCVP ICX GCDP. - Availability of 8hours per week for meetings and trainings. Details of working conditions: - Internet and transportation (cheapest) as long as the MC as the conditions to afford it. • Team Management • Leadership skills Learning points that the Manager might obtain during • Project management skills • Facilitation Skills the experience

Focus on results (required), IT Basic Knowledge - MS Office (required), Required/Preferred Negotiation Skills (required), ICX Basic Knowledge (required), Selling Knowledge Competencies and hard skills (preferred), Time Availability ( at least 8 hours per week).
