The Replacing sturdy fabric mesh (trampoline) base makes this folding roll-away bed very strong, rigid and lightweight. Paired with a 10cm thick foam mattress, this is a temporary bed your guests will enjoy.
Our top selling bunk is extremely durable. The Stacka Commercial Bunk has been designed and built for the commercial market. The main posts and rails are made from 1.2mm heavy gauge steel, the side rails have a rail spacer that is welded and bolted. The mattress platforms are bolted and bracketed to posts and have a welded central support rail. The Stacka Bunk exceeds the New Zealand and Australian safety requirements (AS/NS 4220:2010)

Assembling your bed.
Base Assembley Instructions Assembly is easily completed by one person but is quicker with two. Figure 2

Unpacking instructions for your vacuum packed mattress

Un-roll
Remove the mattress from the box and place it on your base or on the floor.
Cut the outer bag/sleeve and unroll. Do not cut the inner vacuum bag.

For best results allow 24 hours before use. Full expansion takes upto 48 hours.
