I hired Kamran Zand, the CEO of Luxury Estates International, to sell my Penthouse Condo at Panorama Towers. I hired him after using Sotheby’s for a long time to try to sell it. The condo was unique and extremely customized with high-end fixtures. It was very expensive for the building. Sotheby’s took a relatively passive approach to marketing this unique property. They ran some ads and listed on the usual websites. Then, they basically just waited for incoming calls. Kamran was anything but passive. He had the place cleaned and every minor nick repaired. He learned the unit inside and out. He also had the condo staged by an interior decorator. Kamran created a lot of marketing buzz through creative photography and videography including 3D walkthroughs and drone videos. There was a lot of social media buzz. Friends of mine were constantly contacting me about seeing my unit on one site or another. Lastly, Kamran generated media interest. My unit was on the cover of Distinctive Homes and featured in the real estate millions section of Sunday’s Las Vegas Review Journal. In a couple of months, I had more showings than I had in over a year with Sotheby’s. We closed on the sale of the condo in less than 90 days at the highest price paid at Panorama Towers in nearly 3 years.
