REAL SERVICE, REAL RESULTS. In celebration of my 10 years in the industry this month, I stop to reflect... It has been an honor to not only work with some of the most amazing clients, but to also build a long-lasting relationship with them. On this journey, I have learned many things along the way. The most important of these lessons being that to give real service, you must add something that cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity, integrity, and the drive to give the very best. When I first entered the business, I thought I would instantly become a millionaire. Little did I know that I would be eating Top-Ramen noodles for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, no matter what the hurdle, my vision remained clear. It is to become the Las Vegas luxury real estate broker of choice and to create a brokerage that offers services second to none. Today, I’m proud to say that I have broken numerous records within various communities and high rises that were once held by well-established brokers. It is these milestones that Luxury Estates International-Las Vegas has grown to over 20 well-polished agents trained by yours truly. He said he has spent more than $1 million in restoring this slice of Las Vegas history. These efforts are still ongoing. “We pursued this designation because we were very concerned about the future of the mansion, and I wanted to make certain that it remains intact. It was neglected when I purchased it,
