◆ In Solo Mode You can use the whole cooking space by selecting one single heating level. This mode is ideal to cook large amounts with the same preparation and a single setting.

In Piano Mode The cooking space is divided into three distinct zones. You select a level of power for each zone at the ideal temperature for your chosen preparation. For example you can keep something warm in one zone, cook in the second zone, and boil in the third zone.

In Expert Mode You can use the cooking space freely. The hob immediately identifies the presence of the recipient no matter where you place it on the surface. You adjust the power and the cooking time. The selected settings automatically follow the pan when you move it from one point to another. ◆

PLAY THE PIANO ON THE TACTILIUM SCREEN The Piano has a 115.2mm x 86.4mm-large screen. Its tactile interface, with 250,000 colours offers light and contrasts which provide readability and explicit reading for the functions. It is entirely interactive, and constantly indicates the position of recipients on the hob as well as the level of power available both by touching and sliding.
