If you don’t have some of these minimums, you can coordinate an individual meeting and review it or whatever you consider properly to do. The idea of this checklist is not to see which minimums you accomplish or not. The idea is help you to organize what you should do if you want increase productivity, team satisfaction, individual development and retention rate.
