Tracking is about ensuring implementation  Coaching is about ensuring improvement of the individual's ability to fulfill their JD.


2 November – 11 November We (I and my TLPs) have watched the training about Coaching in AIESEC School I run a coaching meeting with all my members In all the weekly team meetings I track MoS, KPIs, productivity and weekly priorities’ accomplishment We had a monthly review meeting where we defined weekly priorities, weekly KPIs and MoS I run a performance review meeting with all my TLPs


If you don’t have some of these minimums, you can coordinate an individual meeting and review it or whatever you consider properly to do. The idea of this checklist is not to see which minimums you accomplish or not. The idea is help you to organize what you should do if you want increase productivity, team satisfaction, individual development and retention rate.
