Before I started my own company, I worked at Creneau International as the hospitality trade expert for Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI). They employed me in 1999 to conceptualize their Belgian Beer Café projects (BBC) and Becks Beerloft projects, starting from scratch all the way up to the franchise rollout, together with Creneau International (fit-out company). Since then I have worked as an independent consultant for many restaurants and hotels worldwide.
