Face-to-Face Courses Case study: Teaching English to Young Learners A two-week course in Norwich on the principles and practice of teaching English to young learners, with a focus on classroom language and helping teachers to improve their spoken and written English.
What I noticed right away was how professional staff were. Everyone there made us feel extremely welcome. The staff made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable.
Everything was perfect! This gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of different people, all from different countries. It was really interesting as I got to know how they developed as teachers.
The course itself was also amazing. They gave us not only the knowledge we need to further develop ourselves as teachers but also the understanding of what it means to work as a team to create the best possible [teaching] services there are.
What really impressed me was how well the accommodation was organised, we were all very happy to live with very amazing families. The hosts were perfect, they were understandable, they were always available, they helped us ‌ and we managed to be a part of the English environment.

Online Courses Case study: Language Awareness: Understanding English for Teaching and Learning A 60-hour course, Language Awareness aims to consolidate teachers’ pedagogical language knowledge and develop their confidence in using the language in the classroom. The course addresses both the teaching of language and the language of teaching (including giving instructions and feedback).
I can't praise this course enough. All the activities are very practical and allow you to try them with your students straight away.
Maria Garrett, Portugal
There are three things that make this course a unique experience for any English teacher. Firstly, it clearly boosts your knowledge about the language. Another benefit of the course is that it offers you strategies in applying the knowledge that you get about the language in the classroom. And finally you get the opportunity of sharing the knowledge and the experience you get with your coursemates who come from different continents. In my opinion, the course is bound to help teachers develop professionally. After you complete it, your students are certain to benefit from the extended variety and increased output of the lesson activities within the framework of communicative language teaching.
