Ingredients:  Chicken drumstick 6 pieces;  Carrot 1 piece;  Red onion 1/2 head;  2 cloves of garlic;  Soy sauce 3-4 tbsp .;  Sour cream 3 tbsp .;  Mayonnaise 1 tbsp .;  Olive oil 1 tbsp .;  French mustard 1 tsp .;  1 tsp curry .;  Dill (dried) 1 tsp .;  Salt to taste;




Preparation: 1 Preparation time - 50 minutes

2 Shin wash with cold water, remove the skin (optional, without it, a less greasy version of this dish). For the marinade, combine soy sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, beans, curry, passed through a garlic press. Marinate the shins for 10 minutes in the marinade.

4 Drain the marinade, marinated chicken drumsticks to add the onions and carrots. Fry the shins for 3-5 minutes with the addition of a small amount of vegetable or olive oil.
