Ingredients: for the dough:  200 g flour  200 grams of cottage cheese,  4 egg yolks,  80 g of sugar,  4.1 tsp salt. For the filling:  200 g cherries,  3-4 apples,  120 g of sugar,  40 grams of cognac,  butter for frying  cinnamon to taste.

Preparation: 1 For the dough combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove pits from cherries and let stand for a while, so they let the juice.


2 Apple peel and core, cut into cubes and lightly fry in a frying pan, add the cinnamon and brandy. Then combine with cherries and add sugar. 3 Roll out the dough on parchment paper with a thin layer, then put the stuffing on it and smooth it.
