Description:

Bringing together students and the local community in a creative environment with a fresh perspective can fulfill the lack of arts education and enhance community involvement. In doing so students as well as members of the community can benefit themselves as well as those around them. This creative outlet will bring people together to create an empowered community while also offering classes for age ranges 13-18.

Solution:

Creating an environment that incorporates diversity, community and creativity.

Concept: Arpillera

An artistic method of used in many cultures that is known for assisting people to channel their emotions and express their trauma through nonverbal means.
