Innovative Membrane Filtration Pilot Plants Processing trials are fundamental in any Research and Development (R&D) organisation within the Dairy and Food industry, and pilot plants play a vital role. The pilot plants must be highly flexible to meet the ever-changing demands in R&D work, easy to operate and intuitive to control whilst having a compact design to minimise required product volume for trials. Multipurpose Pilot Plant (MPP) - A unique development tool The compact pilot plant (MPP) is a versatile plant with basically all features possible, yet still operating with very low hold up volumes to ensure economic trials and test set-ups. All parameters are easily adjusted on the touchscreen control panel, making this a true multipurpose unit that is extremely easy to operate and perform extensive and repeatable trials with. The plant consists of 2 x 3.8” pressure vessels that can run in parallel or series and also run as a LeanFlux plant for low-pressure applications.
