THE PARK HOTEL GUEST The Park Hotel guest falls under a few different categories. Cincinnati isn’t necessarily a vacation town, so the Park’s main clientele would be a man or woman traveling for business. Ideal guests could also be wealthy professionals visiting family in Cincinnati or people in town for a sporting event. A guest at The Park has high levels of expectations for service in a hotel. They are looking for something high class that still maintains a certain level of modesty and comfort.
THE PARK HOTEL MEMBER The Park Hotel Member is a Cincinnati local that wants to take advantage of the amenities at The Park on a regular basis. This includes access to the spa and fitness center, invitations to exclusive member events and access to the members section of the Park Restaurant. A member of the Park may be a local business person looking to impress a client over drinks or a group of friends that want to get their nails done after brunch on Saturday.
THE CINCINNATI LOCALS The Park Hotel is open for Cincinnati locals can visit and enjoy some of the amenity spaces. This includes the Park Bar and the Park Restaurant both located on the first floor. The Park is a place where millennial in Cincinnati can go for a memorable night out on a special occasion or a family could gather for dinner and desert.
The Park Hotel is aiming to be the number one luxury hotel in the Cincinnati area. The hotel occupies two converted buildings in Cincinnati’s historic Lytle Park. This boutique hotel uses modern forms in luxurious materials. The somewhat monochromatic scheme draws attention to the interesting textures used throughout th space. Subtle use of symmetry and geometric rhythm in the space makes it feel like a modern reinterpretation of a more traditional Cincinnati design.
