To start with, take a bowl and wash the beetroots thoroughly. 2. Grate the washed beetroots using a grater and gather the shredded beetroots. 3. Take a frying pan, pour the grated beetroots and ghee and stir it for 5 – 7 minutes. 4. Now, add milk to the pan and simmer the flame for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
