It is one of the most popular Indian snacks. This recipe is easy to prepare and is packed with loads of calcium and proteins.

Essential Ingredients For the marinade Lemon juice Cumin seeds powder Chili powder Fresh curd Ginger paste Green chilies Black peppercorns powder Cardamom seeds (ajwain) Fennel seeds(saunf) powder Mint leaves, Coriander leaves paste Vegetable oil Salt

Take a mixing bowl, and put in all the marinade ingredients, mix well. Combine the paneer, toss gently and keep aside for at least 45 – 60 minutes. On a stay stick, arrange 3 pieces of paneer. Alternate the paneer with capsicum, tomatoes and onions. This will make it look more colourful and attractive. Heat on a non – stick tava and cook the stays on a medium flame using oil. When the paneer turns light brown in colour, remove from the flame. Garnish the paneer with chaat masala, coriander and serve when hot.
