Coconut Laddoo Recipe When it comes to festivals and occasions, Laddoo is one of the sweets prepared across all Indian households. The best part about preparing laddoos is that it takes very less time and loved by all. As we are less than two weeks away from celebrating Diwali, here is a quick recipe to make instant coconut laddoos to delight your friends and family.

Essential Ingredients Grated Coconut Sugar Boiled Milk Cardamom Powder Ghee
: 1 (fresh) : 300 gms (depends on your taste) : 1 liter : 1 teaspoon : 2 tablespoons www.magickart.in www.facebook.com/Magickart.in
Roasted Rava/Semolina : 1 teaspoon Raisins/Cashews : Few (For Garnish) Preparation 1. Take a frying pan and mix the grated coconut with a teaspoon of ghee. 2. Add sugar and the boiled milk to this mixture and stir thoroughly. 3. Do not pour the entire milk in the mixture. Keep 5 – 6 tablespoons aside and start stirring the mixture for 5 minutes in medium flame. 4. Now add the remaining milk to the mixture and lower the flame. Make sure the mixture doesn’t become sticky. 5. Turn off the flame and ensure that the mixture is not sticky on the sides of the frying pan. 6. Now, add the roasted Rava and cardamom powder to the mixture and stir it. 7. You can show your creativity now by making laddoos in any size/design you wish. 8. While making equal portions of laddoos from the mixture, apply some ghee to your palm to make it soft. 9. Garnish with raisins/cashews.
