Take a pan and sautĂŠ the mushrooms with butter. Boil milk in a pan and add a cup of water. Add less water if the milk is not creamy. Now to the mushroom butter mixture, add corn flour, thyme and sautĂŠ for a minute. Add chopped vegetables if you want. (Optional) Add lemon juice to the mixture. Now stir gently by adding more milk to the mixture. Simmer for 3- 4 minutes and add salt as needed. Drizzle the soup with pepper and transfer it to the bowl.
