1. Mix all the ingredients for dough and make a firm dough. If it becomes soft and
fluffy, add some water to the dough. 2. Now, make 10 equal parts from the dough and cover it with a thin cotton cloth. 3. Take a frying pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida with oil and saute it for 30 seconds. 4. Now add the besan flour, green chilli paste to the above mixture. 5. Cook this mixture under low flame. Keep this filling aside in a bowl. 6. Now, make circular slices from the dough and add the stuffing. 7. Gently seal the ends with the dough and fry it in the oil. 8.
